You saw the crushing weight my flesh deserved; You kneeled and wrote forgiveness in the dirt. And one by one the stones fell where they lay; as one by one my accusers walked away. With nothing left to throw they made a cross, and knowing only love could count the cost; You were there.

If the stars were made to worship so will I
If the mountains bow in reverence so will I
If the oceans roar Your greatness so will I
For if everything exists to lift You high so will I
If the wind goes where You send it so will I
If the rocks cry out in silence so will I
If the sum of all our praises still falls shy
Then we’ll sing again a hundred billion time
- So Will I (100 Billion X)
there is so much beauty in road trips tbh like driving past neon lights and looking at the stars and getting out of the car to get gas and snacks at 2am and driving past red rocks and fresh air and seeing the moon while listening to music that makes you feel a certain way idk UGH
things which won’t leave you:
- nice quiet places in nature
- bookshops and libraries
- your favourite movies
- the ocean and mountains
- happy memories
- your ability to heal
- sunlight in the mornings
- fluffy clouds and the sky
- the moon and the stars
Ya know I like being alone. Going to cafes alone, nature walks, bike rides, reading, painting all in solitude. But, lately I’ve had an unprecedented longing to share many of these experiences with someone else. Can’t wait for that.
And if the sound
of my name
sent butterflies
around you,
why did we ended up
living in a garden
with no single hue?
